Rocky Mountain Offender Management Systems (RMOMS) does not now collect personally identifiable information about you over the internet. RMOMS does not seek information about you over the internet either voluntarily or involuntarily. No information is automatically collected about you simply by your accessing our web site.

2. Other web sites

There is the possibility throughout our web pages that may link you to other web sites that do not operate under the RMOMS’ information privacy practices. When you click through to these web sites, RMOMS information privacy practices no longer apply. We recommend that you examine the privacy statements for all third-party web sites to understand their procedures for collecting, using and disclosing information.

3. Cookies

RMOMS does not automatically place a computer file, commonly referred to as a "cookie" on an internet user's computer. RMOMS does not place on your computer nor use information from cookies. 4. Changes to RMOMS Internet Privacy Policy.

This privacy statement was produced and posted on the RMOMS’ web site on February 19, 2003. RMOMS reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy statement at any time and for any reason. If we make a significant change to our information privacy practices, RMOMS will post notice of the change on its website for a period of not less than six months after the significant change is implemented.
